Helium raises resolution of cell imagery

To develop a more effective way to look inside a cell and the structure and functions of organelles inside of it, scientists have began using helium ions to get higher resolution images. The electron microscope can only look so deep into the cell so this should help advance cell knowledge

They can send ions through the cell and by detecting the loss of energy they can create a better image of the cell.

Check it out!
