Army Developing Fabric that Responds to Weather

The Army is working on a new fabric technology that would change according to the harsh weather conditions soldiers are exposed to.  There are two different methods that the Army is looking into.  This technology would be more versatile and easier to carry than the different layers that soldiers need to carry now.
