Yoga studios are ubiquitous in Manhattan and LA. There are many health benefits of practicing yoga including stress relief, detoxifying the body, and strengthening the heart.
The article also concludes that yoga is an effective way to feel at home in one's body and to enjoy the  body while improving health.
As the number of yoga teachers, studios, and practitioners increases globally, it will be interesting to see if obesity and heard disease significantly decrease.
