Zambia makes efforts to reduce the number of new cases of HIV per year by introducing HIV/AIDS into the curriculum of the primary schools. By explaining how HIV/AIDS is transmitted and the dangers of it, children at a young age will be better prepared for situations (like sex and drugs) they face when they are older. Zambia is working towards having 0 new HIV cases yearly.
