On the 20th of December, NASA officials released a pair of new studies showing that global warming could indeed lead to major transformation for the Earths plants and animals in the near century. New research into the Earth paleoclimate history, revealed that the Earth has a more sensitive climate then we though. NASA officials are waning that an increase in temperature would lead to the destruction of certain habitats.
