Studies are theorizing that there are four main concepts to live by in order to live a longer life. The topics consist of being active or excising, maintain healthy habits such as eating right and making a workout that works for the individual person, stay engaged with ones life or make oneself useful and have a purpose, and lastly don’t waste time on “anti-aging hoaxes”. Many products such as vitamins and other substance that claim to make a person live longer do not prove effective and are a waste of time.
