Study Shows Difference in Egg Cells

A new study has shown that egg cells do not age in the same way that other cells do. It is a finding that could improve the accuracy of predicting how long women will be able to have children, and could even lead to extending the amount of time women are fertile for. Researchers looked in to which genes affect aging in the egg cells. The results had been speculated before, but never proven.
