Sleep- deprived teens take more risks

This article talks about how teens today are getting less and less sleep due to their school and extra-curricular activities. The lack of sleep (less than 8 hours of sleep a night) is also associated with other acts such as doing drugs, drinking alcohol, and decreasing the amount of physical activity each day. Teens with insufficient sleep levels are more at risk for other health risk behaviors, such as substance abuse, suicide, fighting, and performing badly in school.
