Salt: Do health policymakers meet the limits they recommend?

An informal Netherlands study showed that their health officials overdid it with salt intake.  The study was done in 18 cafeterias in the Department of Health, Health Council, Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority as well as various hospitals.  They sampled a typical dish, soup and the non-vegetarian entree, and served how many people ate that dish.  Typically, around 63/100 people ate the dish, which turned out to be extremely salty.
