Really? The Claim: Coffee Can Prevent Some Medications From Working


This article talks about how caffeine, specifically in coffee, is claimed to possibly negatively affect people who are taking medicine, which could possibly block absorption or enhance the effects of these medications. Since more than half of adults drink, on average, about three cups of coffee a day, this can affect many Americans because many people take daily medications that can negatively be affected by coffee. Therefore, these test results should be more well-known to the public.
