The Higgs-Boson particle has been very hot in news these days, but John Horgan argues against it's necessity. Saying that it should be better known as "The Goddamn Particle" (citing Leon Lederman), Horgan argues against the importance of the particle, saying that general relativity is a better theory than the Standard Model of particle physics.
