Eating Fish Reduces Risk of Alzheimer's Disease, Study Finds
A recent study shows that people who eat fish on a weekly basis may have a reduced risk of getting Alzheimer's disease in their later years of life.  They studied people who consumed a large amount of fish versus a control group, and there was a difference on their MRI scans based on how much fish they had eaten.
