Citrus Owners Attack Bugs with Bugs

Instead of pesticides, citrus growers will release a tiny parasitic wasp to rid their crops of pests, specifically the Asian Citrus Psyllid. The wasps won't eradicate the other bug, just regulate their population. So, is this the new means of pest control?
