The current situation is the rate of cigarettes use has declined much slower in recent years than past years, but it is still lower than the use at history. Otherwise, the other drugs uses are increasing. The use of alcohol in 2011 has decreased compare with 1997 for 12-graders, 1994 for eighth graders. There is a five years decrease in binge drinking. The use of cough medicine has decreased as well compare with a few years ago.
