Non-coding RNA relocates genes when it's time to go to work

This article basically describes the regulated gene transcription, and how researchers at the University of California are now discovering that this process is much more difficult than anyone had originally thought. They have proven that if you activate the cell at a certain point it will dramatically relocate. All this shows the connection between regulated gene transcription and human disease.
