A report being released this week presents both the good and bad of climate change as it relates to New York state. The report is the culmination of 3 years of collaborative work of Columbia and Cornell researchers. Researchers hope the bills spurs agencies to reflect on the issues brought to light, and to try to adjust policy in order to adapt to climate change.
