Study links Parkinson's disease to industrial solvent



BBC reports that scientists have found a possible link between Parkinson's disease and trichloroethylene (TCE), an industrial solvent used for degreasing. Researchers in the US and abroad stated that this new evidence points to a "significant association" between Parkinson's and TCE, adding further credence to the theory that certain environmental factors contribute to Parkinson's disease.
