Some of you folks may have heard of the accusations of the legendary saber toothed squirrel that roams and calls Elliot Park located in Minneapolis, MN its home, but an actual fossil was found of this creature in Argentina. The fossil was first found in the year 2002 but it has taken scientist many years to carefully remove the rock from the skull to be able to clearly analyze the fossil.
